A few months ago I ate bad food which made me 

gain weight.

It really wasn't right but in these monts I decided to eat healthy, eat 

more vegetables, more fruits and exercise thee times a week was 

very dufficult, but day by day Iamm achieving it.

After several months I started to see the results through the weight that 

I managet to archieve, I am really very happy because I have changed my life 

through another healthy lifestyle routine.

I also go for a walk in the afternoons I also like this and it is like a hobby 

that I always do, it also helps me not have stress.
